That’s why we have created Wheel Be Back: if the unexpected happens, we’ll get you back on the road with a replacement wheel at a price that will surprise you. No endless waiting. How does it work? Three steps to get you back on the road

01 — Visit your Miche dealer

Bring the damaged wheel and your original proof of purchase to your nearest authorised Miche dealer.

02 — Damage assessment

The dealer will verify that the rim damage falls within the conditions of the programme and will request authorisation from Miche.

03 — Purchase at a discounted price

Once the request has been approved, you will be able to purchase a replacement carbon wheel at the discounted price provided under the programme.

Programme conditions

What’s included...

  • - The programme applies to all Miche carbon wheels purchased from 1 January 2025.
  • - WHEEL BE BACK is reserved for the original owner of the wheels.
  • - It also applies to wheels supplied with the purchase of a complete bicycle.
  • - The discount applies to the damaged wheel (not the entire wheelset, unless both wheels are damaged).
  • - To access the programme, the original proof of purchase must be provided.
  • - To access the programme, customers must contact an authorised Miche dealer.

And what isn’t...

  • - Damage that is purely cosmetic — such as scratches or superficial abrasions that do not affect safety or performance — is not covered.
  • - Bearings, freewheel bodies and spokes are not included in the programme, as they are components subject to normal wear and designed to be replaced separately.
  • - WHEEL BE BACK is not linked to the warranty and cannot be combined with warranty claims. No cash reimbursement will be provided.

Can I access the programme if I purchased the bike from an overseas dealer?

Yes, provided that you can present the original proof of purchase and contact an authorised Miche dealer in your country.

What happens if only one wheel is damaged?

The discount applies exclusively to the damaged wheel. If both wheels are damaged in the accident, the programme applies to both.

How do I extend coverage beyond the standard 2-year warranty?

Simply register your product on the Miche website. Registration is free and extends your warranty by an additional 2 years, while giving you access to MICHE CARE at a 50% discount throughout the extended period.

Can I transfer the programme if I sell the bike?

No. WHEEL BE BACK is reserved for the original owner of the wheels and is non-transferable.
