The use of new flat progressive spokes greatly enhances the aerodynamic performance of the Race wheels, all the while maintaining low lateral wind resistance. Radial spoking for the front wheel and 2 x 2 lacing for the rear increases responsiveness and control of the bike in any situation. Assembly involves accurate and precise spoke tensioning, with mechanical stabilisation to settle the components into position. Controls are then made for lateral and vertical centring, with computerised monitoring processes guaranteeing high quality.

Rims

Lightweight alloy medium-profile rims, with ground walls to guarantee progressive, modulated and precise braking.

Hubs

Lightweight hot-forged alloy body, CNC finished. High precision grease-filled sealed bearings provide long-lasting protection and smooth running. As with all our top of the range wheels, the hub is simple and quick to adjust, with adjustment possible even when the wheel is mounted on the bike.

Wheel kit includes XR quick release levers, use and maintenance instructions.
