The disk brake makes wheels XM 40.4 suitable also for the hardest runs, with no loosing in safety and stability. New flat spokes increase the stiffness and the aerodynamic of the wheels. The front wheel may be used in QR standard or TX-15mm version (adapter kit supplied) and the rear wheel is exclusively prepared for the QR standard version. The wheels are available in clincher or tubeless version thanks to the highly hermetic kit mounted and warranted by the Quality Department (QD) for use at any competition level.

Hub

XM 40.4 model CNC worked from lightweight alloy, with a 6 bolt disk fastening. Precision CNC workings ensure perfect alignment of disc brakes, which provides efficient and safe braking. The high precision bearings are grease filled for a smooth and easy movement and high durability. Axles and freewheel body can be easily and quickly removed and re-installed for maintenance. Cone adjustment is simple, and can even be carried out with the wheel attached to the bike.
